What we keep

Your name, email address, password (stored securely by our login provider, we never see it), your showcase listings, who referred you, your billing history, your support tickets, and the bank details you give us for payouts.

Bank details

Bank details are encrypted before they are stored and are only opened when we process one of your payouts. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who else sees your details

We do not sell your details. The person who referred you can see your first name and the first letter of your last name, when you joined, and whether you are a member. Your showcase listings are shown to members in the Daily Showcase. When you join, your first name and the first letter of your last name may appear for up to 14 days in a short "recently joined" notice on our home page.

We use these services to run Click Steam Engine: Supabase (database and logins), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (writing part of the daily email; no personal details are sent).

Emails

We send account emails (receipts, password resets, payouts, support replies) and the daily members email. You can stop the daily email with the link at the bottom of any of them, or from your account page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete your account by opening a support ticket.

Cookies

We use a login cookie, and a cookie that remembers who referred you for 60 days. No advertising or tracking cookies.
