Cancellations and refunds

Cancel any time

Membership renews once a year. You can cancel any membership from the My memberships page in your dashboard. You will not be charged for it again, and its listing stays in the Daily Showcase until the end of the year you have already paid for.

Your first payment

If Click Steam Engine is not right for you, open a support ticket within 14 days of joining and we will refund it in full. Your listing comes out of the showcase when the refund is made.

Renewals

We email a reminder before your membership renews. If it renews and you meant to cancel, open a support ticket within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it.

Commissions on refunded payments

When a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is cancelled. If that commission was already paid out, the amount comes off the affiliate's next payout. This is why commissions take 60 days to mature.
